Abstract

This paper reports the first record of Rynkatorpa felderi from Mexican waters, based on a single specimen collected at a depth of 799.9 m. New illustrations of various ossicles and the calcareous ring are presented, obtained through X-ray micro-computed tomography (micro-CT), to support the characterization of the species’ internal morphology.
