Brain metastasis (BM) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is uncommon but prognosis is poor. Anti-PD-1 immunotherapy benefits some advanced LSCC cases, yet its efficiency is limited by tumor complexity. We analyzed paired metastatic tumor samples from before and after immunotherapy using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), along with a primary LSCC dataset and bulk RNA sequencing. This identified changes post-immun...
The Same Source of Microbes has a Divergent Assembly Trajectory Along a Hot Spring Flowing PathNARA Subscribed
Hot spring microbial mats represent intricate biofilms that establish self‐sustaining ecosystems, hosting diverse microbial communities which facilitate a range of biochemical processes and contribute to the structural and functional complexity of these systems. While community structuring across mat depth has received substantial attention, mechanisms shaping horizontal spatial composition and functional structure of these co...
Apatite fission track constraints on the Neogene tectono‐thermal history of Nimu area, southern Gangdese terrane, Tibet PlateauNARA Subscribed
Apatite fission track dating of five samples from Cenozoic volcanic strata in the Nimu District in the southern Gangdese Terrane exhibits single population grain ages with a single mean age and associated central ages ranging from 6.8 ± 0.6 Ma to 9.7 ± 1.2 Ma. Mean track lengths are between 12.9 ± 1.7 µm and 14.2 ± 2.3 µm with a single peak characteristic of a single thermal event. The newly documented ages coincide well with...
